Hello..,欲操作匯入或匯出..都無法執行,皆會出現如圖的錯誤,該如何排除..

************** JIT 偵錯 **************
若要啟用 Just-In-Time (JIT) 偵錯功能，則必須在
此應用程式或電腦的 .config 檔案中，設定
system.windows.forms 區段內的 jitDebugging 值。
且該應用程式也必須在啟用偵錯的狀態下進行
編譯。

例如:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

當 JIT 偵錯功能啟用後，會將所有未處理的例外
狀況傳送給電腦上已註冊的 JIT 偵錯工具進行處
理，而不是使用這個對話方塊來處理。

客戶服務管理系統並無匯入與匯出功能(只有從 EXCEL 檔匯入)
請問您是執行那一個功能時會出現這個訊息呢?

剛剛我們測試了一下我們這邊是正常不會顯示錯誤
於是我有到網路上搜尋了一下
其原因是程式所使用的 DLL 檔與您電腦中的 DLL 檔衝突了(俗稱 DLL 地域)
因這個問題並無法從程式中解決(因不知程式跟您的電腦的那個檔案衝突了)
所以這部份可能要請您測試一下
請您將您的客戶服務管理系統程式目錄內的以下 DLL 檔案先移動到其他地方(要用剪下方式)
AxInterop.MSChart20Lib.dll
Interop.ADOX.dll
Interop.MSChart20Lib.dll
Interop.MSScriptControl.dll
Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.dll
Microsoft.Vbe.Interop.dll
msdatasrc.dll
office.dll
shdocvw.dll
======================(以上為所有的 DLL 檔,但只保留 dao.dll 沒移動)

然後當您將上面的 DLL 檔移動到其他目錄後
然後再試著進入程式進行 [記錄匯入] 與 [記錄匯出] 動作看看
看會不會發生錯誤訊息
如果不會的話再請您依序試著再把那些 DLL 檔案 COPY 回客戶服務管理系統的目錄內(每移動回一個 DLL 檔就執行匯入匯出一次)
之後再看看是那一個 DLL 檔與您的電腦衝突了

登入後要開始建立客戶資料就不能使用了，出現與上述同伴一樣的訊息.......
但我不曾匯出或匯入資料 :( :( :(

此問題與 DLL 的版本衝突有關
請您試著先把 客服軟體 目錄裡面的所有 DLL 移至其他地方
然後一個一個放進去測試看看
所有顯示的時間為 UTC + 8 小時
