請您試著將這個檔案 COPY 到您的 Windows 目錄下(或 帳務小管家 程式目錄內) 後再執行試試(使用前請先將檔案解壓縮)

謝謝你的快速回應，最後是OK了，簡述一下我的處理過程。

1.上述方法都不成功；
2.把電腦中原本安裝的.net 1,2,3,3.5,4全部都刪除，再重裝.net 3.5成功了！

我不知道是電腦哪裡出問題，但顯然是windows（.net）的問題，感謝協助。
